Explurger's Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) Policy

The safety and well-being of children are our highest priority, and we will take all necessary actions to prevent and remove any CSAE content.
2. Prohibition Of CSAE
Explurger explicitly prohibits CSAE in all its forms. Any content that exploits, abuses, or harms children is strictly forbidden. This includes the creation, distribution, and possession of CSAM. The following activities and content are strictly prohibited on Explurger:
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Images, videos, text, or links that depict, promote, or encourage the exploitation or abuse of children.
- Sexualization of Minors: Content that sexually exploits, objectifies, or distorts minors in any way, including AI-generated images or material that portrays minors in a sexualized context.
- Child Grooming and Exploitation: Any behavior or content that seeks to manipulate, coerce, or befriend minors for sexual, abusive, or exploitative purposes.
- Human Trafficking and Exploitation: Content or activities that support, promote, or facilitate the trafficking, exploitation, or abuse of minors.
- Links to Harmful Content: Sharing or directing users to external websites or platforms that host or distribute CSAE-related material.
These actions violate our community standards, and we are committed to immediate removal and reporting to the relevant authorities.
3. CSAE Detection
Explurger employs advanced technology and systems to detect CSAE content on our platform, including:
- AI-Powered Content Moderation: Automated systems that continuously scan posts, messages, and profiles to identify potentially harmful content, including CSAM.
- User Reporting System: Users can flag suspicious content or accounts through our reporting tools to assist in identifying potential CSAE violations.
- Dedicated Moderation Team: Our trained team manually reviews flagged content to confirm violations and take necessary actions.
- Ongoing Monitoring: We regularly monitor platform activity to detect CSAE content.

4. Reporting and Feedback Mechanisms

All reports are treated with seriousness and confidentiality, and users may remain anonymous if desired. We aim to respond to all reports promptly and thoroughly.
5. Actions Taken Against CSAE
Upon detecting or receiving reports of CSAE content, we will take the following actions:
- Remove the harmful content.
- Investigate the issue following legal requirements and internal protocols.
- Block or ban accounts engaging in CSAE activities.
- Repeat offenders will be restricted from accessing Explurger by blocking their IP addresses or device identifiers or undertaking such other actions, to prevent their further access to the platform.
- Cooperate fully with relevant authorities as required by law.
